Well calm down and another week in training and work as hard. This go so slowly and from so far down, used to a year and a half chaining a marathon with another, until completion of 5 at the time, makes me feel that I do nothing.

Tuesday The first hour gym, a lot of work, and shooting of 11 km at 5:05 in the afternoon, feeling very loose very easily without muscle discomfort and news. We found the source of my latest hamstring discomfort come from the buttock, I have been two sessions of painful massage and I'm much better, I note in Sunday's race.
Wednesday The first hour gym, Curro all day, eating at the computer and went with the intention of doing a shoot like Tuesday, but the oppressive heat (we got to 34 º), was to remain at 8km at a rate unfortunate, that if I returned to running technique, I have intention to make once a week, two years before it was abandoned.
The Thursday tiny gym session, just a bit of upper body and abdominals and pool, and do not know if I had said, a lot of work.
