Seguimos con los entrenamientos de semana tipo, sin seguir un plan, como muy bien explica Gonzalo .

Lunes: 13 kilómetros de rodaje a 5:05
Martes: Gimnasio por la mañana, y 12 kilómetros la mitad por mi barrio alternando cuestas y llanos y la otra mitad metiéndome ya to the mountain
Wednesday: Rest total, I raised go to the pool but I did not want: (.
Thursday: Gym morning and afternoon shooting of 11 km with changes of pace between 4:40 and 4: 30.

get me to the mountain on Tuesday, I went exploring and finding new, more technical ways, lol. What if I have to try is to do gym the day I go to do .... like burning bush quadriceps, and clear up the performance is much lower following morning wear.

This week has been mixed well that being first of the month is more stress, and Friday, the fourth match business day the worst. But well played today and tomorrow and rest on Saturday I have a mountain half marathon.

MENDI is the IZARRAITZEKO LASTERKETA in Azkoitia with 1440 meters of accumulated positive slope. Are fewer miles than the Asturcón but more uneven. To see that this occurs.

From Barcelona marathon I'm going to race almost every weekend, going eye to not compete, and so continue to do so while you can. I will run well run and have fun so to get ridges.
