Hello!
A point that several of our riders will face the great challenge of running a marathon (in this case that of Seville), I'll write a few words here to wish you luck in this adventure that is run for more than 42 km, regardless of uno.Terminar time to do a marathon every (well, with capital letters) is a feat that not everyone can hacer.Asi, which should be very proud of at least try to finish it and if you can, get the goal that every is a path, but above all, enjoy the race, the environment, leaving behind so many hard workouts, just as it is, enjoy the day D and I hope each of you achieve your goals. On the morning, we have presented at 10 Julian, Juan, Pepe and Martin, Alfonso, Carlos, Reyes, Montse, Dionne and myself.
We did 22 km on the way of Havana and back, well, I have cast them, because I, in the absence of 6 km to go, I could not hardly make way for a pain that I have entered the heel! ( and dragged him for some time, but I think I must rest for a couple or three days until he recovers (sorry).
The pace was good throughout the race, and the up-down of the road were noticing as he passed the tiempo.Después Martin went to make the last 7km faster, so no one would cogiera (even Lirili, which I run behind the pace setting game XD).
As always, others and under the high knowledge of the Master, we were a controlled pace, not without comment from time to time a story or paraphrasing a famous quote XD.
Well, at the end (except me who got injured) arrived at the tennis with 22 km in the legs and with a good feeling.
say that Pepe is like a motorcycle, has gotten this week for the body ,75-80 km! OLE!
And Reyes and Montse they also very brave, "cascades" almost 2 hours of racing! Chapeau girls!
