have been a good representation of runners to 9.30 in the morning mañana.Una cold and foggy, I could not distinguish more than 2 meters .. I have sometimes had the feeling of running just as little saw XD.

Yesterday, Wednesday I was fine after a week of rest and not run the mitja of Sitjes, so I decided to go for a run and test. And what if I ran
........ till I broke. ED =
Today tendinitis patellar tendinopathy and anserine, some small tear, etc etc, and a final nursing diagnosis that got everything in one bag, knee tendinitis.
A month of rest, which we planted on 13 February to 3 weeks of the marathon and if the last week before the marathon we recommend not doing much of anything, 2 weeks to train ....... ADIOSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.
PS: I have a new friend named, left and right crutch crutch.

My preparation for The Barcelona Marathon is not as good as they expect.

Sunday afternoon I feel ill .... joints hurt me ...... cold singing. We'll see how I am on Sunday for Terrassa.
